At the official ceremony in Paris, organized by the GRI Institute, Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection was awarded the prestigious prize for Architectural Highlight of the Year. This marks the first time a project from Albania has won this distinction.

The GRI Awards Europe, held annually, recognizes outstanding achievements in real estate development across 12 categories.

During his remarks at the ceremony, Armando Alicanaj, CEO of Green Coast, emphasized the broader meaning of this award:
