TEG, the first 10 years

Ten years have been enough to renew the usual concept that could exist for shopping malls. The coming to life of TEG would be accompanied by well-known international clothing groups, products for leisure and sports activities, food chains and supermarkets, modern cinemas, and many other alternatives. After a decade, TEG best meets the needs of visitors for shopping and entertainment, in terms of incomparable comfort. At the same time, the space around the shopping center has become one of the most popular neighborhoods in Tirana for business and residential purposes. This BALFIN Group project was followed by various other investments and today several important companies operate in that area, the highest quality educational institutions have been established, as well as an ever-increasing number of families.

The geographical position makes TEG easily accessible by residents of Tirana, as well as other cities or even Kosovo. 2,000 parking spaces in the center’s premises and public transport add to the advantages of this center, with about 10 million visitors a year.

Mariola Kuci, Executive Director of ACREM, the company that manages the mall, says that “TEG has created a prominent identity, with the latest fast fashion trends, international representation and entertainment opportunities for the whole family. Moreover, the first decade finds us growing. Soon we will have new spaces, for other franchises of well-known groups and products that will be welcomed with pleasure by all ages”. She is convinced that TEG has the potential to become the undisputed destination for anyone pursuing a modern lifestyle.
