Tirana Bank shows special care toward society and its problems. In the 2021 Social Responsibility policies, special attention is paid to projects for children and quality education.

In this context, Tirana Bank has given its contribution to the primary school “5 Dëshmorët” in Ksamil, creating optimal conditions for attending classes, by providing for the 540 pupils of this school heating equipment.

Minister of Economy and Finance, Mrs Anila Denaj attended the donation ceremony.

In her welcoming speech, Minister Denaj emphasized that: “We appreciate the cooperation with the banking sector to come to the aid of education, to improve the school’s conditions and increase the quality of knowledge gained by pupils.”

Mrs Lila Canaj, Head of Retail Division at Tirana Bank, started her speech with the Bank’s important message and the importance that this project has for the community:

“WE ARE HERE FOR YOU together with Mrs Minister and we are glad to share the same commitment and attention towards children and quality education.

We are in the city of Ksamil, a city which is visited and enjoyed for its beauties during the summer, but which should not be forgotten even in winter. Tirana Bank is in every season in Ksamil and today we came to donate to the primary school “5 Deshmoret” heating utilities so that its 540 pupils do not feel the cold of winter. We are aware that this is not a final solution but is a practical and prompt one for heating,”- said Mrs Canaj.
