Balfin Austria, the Group’s real estate subsidiary headquartered in Vienna, has introduced 5 new projects. Covering a total of 6,900 m², the residential complexes are situated in the heart of the capital and the charming town of Gmunden in Upper Austria. Valued at approximately €68 million, these projects point to the Group’s significant growth in international presence and real estate investments outside of Albania.
Founded in 2018, Balfin Austria stems from BALFIN Group’s establishment in Vienna 31 years ago and its extensive real estate experience in the Balkans. The company previously completed the Luv & Lee residential complex in Altmünster. Balfin Austria also follows the success of sister-company Alba-trade, the official distributor of renown household and consumer electronics to Eastern & Western Europe-based retail chains since 1993, also based in Vienna.
