Balfin Training Academy, BALFIN Group’s extraordinary enterprise in employee training and professional development, marks its fourth year

Every BALFIN Group employee is an important capital in need of constant investment to ensure the development and the necessary support for performance realization and personal career objectives. To address these needs, Balfin Training Academy was created in 2017. Ever since, each year the Group’s central HR Department has focused on merging efforts with company HR units to identify areas of improvement and bring together experts, academics, and professional trainers from the region and abroad. So far, every edition has only just turned out better than the previous one, and this goes to prove the standard and target the Group has set for itself when it comes to human capital development.

The 2021-2022 edition of Balfin Training Academy was recently launched. Employees at all levels will be able to improve their skills and knowledge and advance to the next level this year as well, thanks to a variety of trainings in specific areas, as well as in management and leadership. To facilitate professional development and ensure quality of work, this year’s BTA edition brings together experts from Group companies, professors, and coaches to lead thousands of training hours in technical and non-technical skills. Excel, Finance for Non-Finance, Sales and Negotiation Skills, and Business English are among the technical courses offered. Other universal topics range from Coaching Skills and Teamwork to Emotional Intelligence and Strategic Planning.

“Job profiles at BALFIN are just as diverse as the industries of our company portfolio. Thus, our job is to ensure that all our categories of employees enjoy career possibilities and participate in training and qualification sessions. Each year, we orchestrate Balfin Training Academy, a dynamic enterprise in itself, to facilitate that aim. Our employees embody the values of the organization, while BALFIN Group stands by its employees during their career,” says Eni Çeço, BALFIN Group’s Recruitment and Career Development Manager, on BTA.

As one of the biggest employers in Albania, and a significant recruitment force in the region, BALFIN Group considers its 6.000 people employed in more than 50 companies the main engine driving the group to success. Moreover, equal opportunities and professional development to everyone is one of the key principles in human resources management at BALFIN. Since its conception, more than a work program, BTA has been a testimonial of BALFIN Group’s extraordinary enterprise in employee training and professional development.
