Neptun Macedonia won the ‘White Goods and Technology E-Store of the Year’ at the E-Commerce Awards 2022. E-commerce Awards is an annual initiative of the Macedonian E-commerce Association that aims to recognize and promote the best in Macedonian e-commerce, as well as strengthen competitiveness.
The selection for the best e-commerce ventures was organized for the second time in North Macedonia, where the best e-traders competed in 23 categories. The competition was conducted in several rigorous phases involving nominations, verifications, voting by the public, and an expert jury.
The gala event announced Neptun Macedonia as the 2022 White Goods and Technology E-Store in the country. The company is one of the associations’ +120 members coming from all sectors of the e-commerce ecosystem.

Neptun Macedonia credits this award to its advanced and modern approach to e-sales, which is enabling its customers to seamlessly shop online. Additionally, the company has also developed its mobile application, which is the first one of its kind in the Macedonian market. Prioritizing competitive products, prices, and associated services, including free shipping and returns, rapid delivery, and simple return policies has been the company’s winning strategy in e-commerce.
“Neptun Macedonia’s aim has been to strengthen its brand available to the offline customer primely. However, in the upcoming years, our main focus is to accomplish great online service that exceeds customer expectations. This recognition does not even remotely manifest our ambitions with regards to the strong online strategy prepared,” says the CEO, Goce Boceski.
