Describe your professional journey at Balfin Asset Management & Hospitality.
My professional journey began in the Retail Division, where I gained deep experience in operational and financial frameworks of fast-paced organizations. This foundation helped me understand commercial processes, sales management, and store performance analysis. Later, I moved into Asset Management, Hospitality, and Real Estate, taking an active role in financial management, project structuring, and consolidating reporting systems and operations. This combination of experiences has given me a comprehensive understanding of different sectors and how each area contributes to the growth and value of Balfin Asset Management & Hospitality.

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
The moment came early, when I was entrusted with leading a finance department and participating in reporting processes. That responsibility confirmed that this organization recognizes, values, and empowers professionals.

What are you most proud of in your career here?
I am proud to have contributed to developing the Asset Management and Hospitality sectors. I helped build financial reporting systems in hospitality, developed KPI control mechanisms, and conducted investment analyses that support executive-level decision-making. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how finance serves as a strategic tool, connecting analytical insight with the growth of assets and operations.

Describe a recent professional achievement that contributes to your personal success.
One meaningful achievement was participating in the working group for implementing an e-commerce platform in the Hospitality sector, a milestone project in the digital transformation of Balfin Asset Management & Hospitality. This strengthened my strategic role, allowing me to connect financial analysis with business development and operational improvement, reinforcing my position as a strategic partner in transformative initiatives.

Describe the best day you’ve had at work.
Some of the best days are when the Finance and Business Support team contributes directly to a strategic decision—like when a detailed financial analysis helped approve a major investment or when a budget reallocation allowed a new development project to move forward. I also value days when our efforts improve internal efficiency, such as implementing a new reporting process that made project monitoring faster and more transparent or coordinating financial targets with operational priorities. These moments show that finance is more than numbers, it enables smart decisions, sustainable growth, and long-term value.
