BALFIN Group’s Executive Leadership Team gathered in Pristina, Kosova, home to 4 of its companies, to set forth the strategy for 2024. Implementing synergies and innovative tech solutions were the key theme of this year’s gathering. The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meeting is BALFIN’s most important forum, facilitating an interactive discussion on the Group’s strategic direction.

With the invitation of BALFIN Group’s President, throughout two days, 35 executives – the Management Board, Heads of Departments, companies’ CEOs, and advisors – engaged in discussions and presentations about accomplishments, growth and synergy opportunities, innovative tech solutions, lessons learned from 2023, and priorities for the current year. The meeting was commenced by the CEO of BALFIN Group, Edlira Muka. An important topic throughout the entire program was that of participants’ suggestions on how BALFIN can continue to improve and redefine standards.

The President, Samir Mane, commended the attendees for their leadership efforts, which emphasize the Group’s values to their fullest extent.
