Galeria by TEG, the newest addition to Green Coast’s landscape and the only mall in the Albanian riviera, opened its doors to residents, visitors, local and foreign tourists in a grand ceremony. The new commercial hub, managed by ACREM, is an ambitious project, set to become the southern region’s cornerstone of commerce and leisure.
The inauguration ceremony of Galeria by TEG was a vibrant event celebrating this new venture, drawing together residents, business partners, media representatives, and notable entertainment figures. Reflecting on the journey from Albania’s first shopping center to the premier coastal one, the President of BALFIN Group, Samir Mane, regarded Galeria by TEG as a significant asset to Green Coast. “With Galeria by TEG, Green Coast is closer to becoming a model of sustainable tourism development in the Balkans and beyond.” Green Coast’s investment value will total to €1 billion upon its completion.
Built by Balfin Construction with the vision of the renown Emre Aloat Architecture studio, the new development boasts an exclusive sea view and around 20 commercial & service units across approximately 4,500 m2, designed to cater to the diverse needs of residents and visitors alike. Among its units are a SPAR and Neptun store, ensuring that everyday necessities are within easy reach. Visitors will also find apparel stores like Yamamay and Riviera Fashion, Green Coast’s real estate office for property seekers, and an ATM that adds banking convenience to the mix. The development also features a variety of bars and restaurants, from Mediterranean picks to pastry and fast-food options, offering spaces for relaxation and socialization.

Galeria by TEG is the 4th shopping mall in BALFIN Group’s portfolio, a derivative inspired by the excellent experience of TEG, also managed by ACREM, which is the largest and most visited center Albania. Another peculiarity of Galeria by TEG is the involvement of three Group companies in its realization – Balfin Construction, Green Coast and ACREM – which makes it one of BALFIN’s most synergistic projects. Its inauguration marks the beginning of a new chapter for the area. With its range of commercial and service units, the development is set to become the coast’s commercial, leisure, and social hub.
