Customer deposits saw a growth of 22% (+230 million Euros), demonstrating their trust and Tirana Bank’s stable reputation in the Albanian financial market.

The loan portfolio reached approximately 800 million Euros, a very high annual increase of 41% (+230 million Euros). This expansion underscores Tirana Bank’s continuous role in supporting individuals and businesses, positioning it as a reliable partner for financing and economic development.

Tirana Bank has played an important role in financing strategic sectors of the Albanian economy, including trade, infrastructure, renewable energy, tourism, and agribusiness, contributing to the country’s economic development.

Throughout 2024, Tirana Bank has made significant investments in digital transformation, enhancing customer experience with more advanced and efficient services. One of the main achievements was the launch of the TiStart platform, which allows individuals to open accounts entirely online, without the need for physical presence at branches. Additionally, optimizing the lending processes through technology has enabled faster approval and disbursement of loans.

As part of its commitment to offering customers exclusive products, Tirana Bank introduced the Mastercard World Elite card to the Albanian market for the first time, a high-level product offering unique privileges and services for premium customers.
