Established in 2007, ACREM is Albania’s leading real estate and commercial asset management company. West Park in Korça opened in August 2022 as the first retail park of its kind in BALFIN Group’s Albanian portfolio. Its brand mix is built around daily lifestyle needs — food, toys, electronics, fashion, and home interior — across 5,500 m² of gross leasable area, serving as both a shopping destination and a catalyst for regional development.
East Gate Mall is Skopje’s newest urban centre and the region’s first fifth-generation shopping destination.
