Neptun redefines innovation across its stores with a bold new vision

Neptun has  reopened its store in Durrës, located in the Blue Star shopping center, unveiling a fully redesigned space built around the innovative concept of “The Neptun of the Future.” The new store is larger, now spanning a total area of 650 m², and offers a beautiful, modern environment tailored to meet customer needs.

This new concept, developed by a UK-based company specializing in retail space design, places the customer experience at the center. The shopping trip is interactive: at every step, the store communicates with and guides the customer. Products are categorized according to consumer needs, such as “entertainment,” “cleaning,” “cooking,” and more leading naturally toward the checkout for a seamless purchase process.

As part of the BALFIN Group, Neptun is constantly open to new technologies and innovation, bringing modern experiences and smart solutions to its customers.

Neptun store in Durrës also includes several smart technologies that have already begun to roll out across the network. These aims are not only to save time and resources but also to enhance customer experience. They include:

  • Electronic Shelf Labels: Prices and product information are updated in real time, giving customers the details they need to make the right choice. With integrated QR codes, the experience becomes more interactive and accurate.
  • People Counter System: Measures in real time how many customers enter the store, helping management monitor traffic and optimize staffing for better service.
  • Digital Screens (powered by Raspberry Pi): Dynamically display prices, promotions, and product details in an engaging way, helping customers navigate the store more easily.
  • Click & Collect: A service that allows customers to order online and pick up in-store, combining the convenience of online shopping with the speed and flexibility of in-person collection.

Yesterday, Neptun also opened its new store in Gračanica, located in the Millery shopping center at Branilaca Grada bb. This is Neptun’s second store in Bosnia and Herzegovina and marks an important step in expanding the brand’s presence across the country.
