Following the approval of the Sharing Learning & Best Practices Guideline, BALFIN Group is taking the next step toward fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across all its companies.
This initiative establishes a standardized framework for identifying, documenting, validating, and sharing key learnings and best practices. The goal? To enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and strengthen alignment across the Group.

Who will be part of these groups?
All employees who are part of a specific function (e.g. finance, HR, marketing, etc.) will be included in the Microsoft Teams groups. Additional groups can also be created across functions to meet specific collaboration needs.
