For Brand and Store Managers, preparing to bring Kiabi to Albania meant going directly to the heart of the brand.
“During two weeks of intensive training in France, we absorbed every detail of Kiabi’s international standards. From brand culture to store organization and customer experience, the training equipped us to implement the same level of expertise here in Albania,” shared Eneida Krosi, Brand Manager of Western Balkans Fashion Group and Kiabi.

The first store opening is always a test of resilience. For Kiabi Kids at TEG, the main challenge was timing: ensuring everything was ready while fully respecting international brand standards. Thanks to tireless teamwork and seamless coordination, the store opened successfully and on schedule.
