Job Position: Marketing Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Leave Replacement)

Overview of the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will play a central role in leading and executing all marketing activities for a dynamic product that combines customer loyalty and fintech services. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive brand visibility, user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is resourceful, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the full-cycle marketing strategy (branding, digital, content, offline) for the loyalty program, digital payment services and fintech product.
- Coordinate with the marketing agency and support the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Build and manage the content calendar and oversee daily brand communication.
- In coordination with marketing agency, manage content for various channels: social media, website, mobile app, in-store materials, etc.
- Oversee performance marketing efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and track campaign ROI.
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing KPIs, performance, and market insights.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and printing services.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all platforms.
Profile competencies, knowledge & experience:
- Proven ability to manage multiple marketing channels and projects autonomously.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle, funnel marketing, and customer engagement tactics.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs, payment ecosystems, or digital customer journeys is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing, basic design (Canva or Adobe), and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills (in Albanian and English).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Agile mindset, proactive, and adaptable in a rapidly evolving environment.
Job position requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in fintech, retail, or loyalty/CRM.
- Experience working with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CMS tools, and ad platforms.
- Fluency in Albania & English (spoken and written)
