On June 10 and 11, BALFIN Group held the Executive Leadership Team Meeting in Tivat, Montenegro, with the attendance of the President of the Group, the CEO of the Group, the Board of Directors and Executive Directors of all Group companies, as well as the Directors of the Group Departments.
The scope of this BALFIN Group senior management meeting constitutes in sharing the best strategies that the group will follow in the future, which are expected to contribute to the going concern of the investments that guarantee further growth. Moreover, this meeting evaluated the achievements accomplished so far by the Group and Group companies, as well as new opportunity paths to be opened for the staff of each company.
BALFIN Group’s President, Mr. Samir Mane, urged the attendees to deploy a bigger dose of creativity and proactiveness in modeling new opportunities. “We must be at the forefront of introducing innovative ideas. We also need to pay special care not only to the business going concern but also to our people. We need to protect and incentivize our staff to grow as well.” he stated.
Edlira Muka, the CEO of BALFIN Group, provided an overview of the Group’s performance and invited the companies’ representatives to focus on growth and improvement. “We represent an ambitious Group that always strives to rank top. To this common purpose, we must enhance synergies between the Group companies and overpass any limiting borders and challenges. We need to remove barriers and think outside the box,”- said the Group’s CEO.
The members of BALFIN Groups’ Board of Directors introduced the so-far progress and sectoral development plans at strategic level, in a dedicated session.
During the two-day meeting of the BALFIN Group Executive Leadership Team, the Q&A session with the President of the Group marked the highest interaction peak. Attendees had the opportunity to ask open-ended questions to the Groups’ President on various issues to be addressed and answered.
At the end of the meeting, the first step to establish the employee stock ownership plan was introduced, as an opportunity for employees to own shares of the companies they work in. The process is expected to be feasible over time, by increasing participation and inclusiveness on a regular basis.
The meeting discussion topics will be shared with the Group staff.
