KIABI has taken its next step in Albania.
On August 28, the French fashion brand opened a new store at QTU, introducing its Full Family concept to the Albanian market for the first time. Following the launch of KIABI Kids at Tirana East Gate, the new opening brings a much broader offer: fashion for women, men, children and babies, all under one roof. Spanning around 1,000 square metres, the new QTU store also offers an extended size range up to 7XL, making the concept even more inclusive and accessible.
The idea is simple: more choice, for more people, in one place. With its combination of French style, everyday functionality and affordable prices, KIABI Full Family is designed around the needs of the whole household.

The opening marks another milestone in KIABI’s development in partnership with BALFIN Group and signals the beginning of a wider regional expansion. KIABI is part of AFM Group, the French group behind internationally recognised brands including Decathlon and Auchan.
And QTU is not the final stop. In early September, KIABI will also open at East Gate Mall in Skopje, bringing the brand to families in North Macedonia. Kosovo is next on the regional expansion roadmap, while further opportunities are being explored across other markets in the region.

From KIABI Kids at TEG to KIABI Full Family at QTU, the brand is moving quickly into its next chapter, with a wider offer, new markets and an increasingly strong regional presence alongside BALFIN Group.
