Position: Deputy Store Manager

Reports to: Store Manager
Location: Durrës
A Deputy Store Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational processes and decision-making within the store.
They ensure the correct implementation of company standards, sales optimization, improved performance of the unit they support, professional development of their team, and strong brand presence in the eyes of customers by delivering excellent service that exceeds customer expectations.
They continuously monitor all store department activities, including cash registers, warehouse, and sales floor operations.
- Oversees the daily operation of the store, coordinates the team, and ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Controls and manages stock on the sales floor and in the warehouse, monitors product movements, and places orders to ensure optimal product availability.
- Organizes work schedules, trains employees, provides feedback, and supports professional development to improve team performance.
- Supervises cash handling procedures, transaction accuracy, store expenses, and compliance with financial and security standards.
- Ensures proper product display, implementation of merchandising policies, and price accuracy in the store.
- Ensures a positive customer experience and manages complaints or incidents.
- Prepares and submits reports on store performance, products, and market trends according to management and headquarters’ requirements.
- Monitors competition and collaborates with various departments to improve store performance.
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- At least two years of management experience (Retail experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge of English and/or other foreign languages
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
