This week, Tirana Business University hosted the graduation ceremony for its latest three cohorts of Bachelor’s and master’s students. Graduates from the Faculties of Business and Law received their diplomas, marking the end of an important chapter of dedication, learning, and personal growth.
The ceremony opened with welcoming remarks from Rector Prof. Dr. Vasilika Kume, followed by greetings from TBU Founder Prof. Artan Hoxha, both highlighting the University’s mission to prepare responsible professionals ready to contribute meaningfully to society and the economy.

A highlight of the evening was the speech by Edlira Muka, CEO of BALFIN Group. Reflecting on her own journey, she shared: “I had never imagined that one day I would stand in front of graduates to inspire them at the start of their next chapter.”

She offered powerful advice to the graduates: “Independence, financial, intellectual, and emotional is essential. If your success depends entirely on others, it will always be conditional.” Muka closed her remarks with a call to action: “Do not let the future just happen to you, build it yourselves. Challenge yourselves. Challenge your doubts. Challenge the limits others think you have.”
The ceremony also included the symbolic oath of first-year students, along with inspiring messages from successful alumni sharing their journeys beyond university.
This year is especially significant as TBU celebrates 15 years of academic excellence, forming future leaders, and nurturing meaningful connections between students and the professional world.
