BALFIN Group has established a communication bridge with Polis University to create more opportunities for students, both during their studies and in their first contact with the labor market. Edlira Muka, CEO of BALFIN Group, and Prof. Dr. Besnik Aliaj, Rector of the University, signed the Memorandum of Cooperation that paves the way for joint projects with BALFIN Group companies.
Prof. Dr. Besnik Aliaj evaluated the model presented by BALFIN Group in the development and implementation of construction projects. The rector said that “the university wants to cooperate with the best and BALFIN Group’s companies are leaders in Albania and among the most important actors in the region. The aim is that the values and standards set by this Group become case studies for students, who will analyze them and turn them into inspiration for future successes”.
“At Polis University, we see an educational institution oriented towards research, in addition to the theoretical and professional training of students, in profiles that are closely related to some of our companies’ field of activity,” asserted Edlira Muka. “Meanwhile, BALFIN Group supports students who are involved in research, social projects or business initiatives, as well as young people who want to be professionally trained and employed in its companies, in all the countries where it is present.”
BALFIN Real Estate and Hospitality, Green Coast Resort and Residences, Mane Development, and Mane TCI are the companies where cooperation with the academic staff and students of Polis University will be focused. The specifics are explained by Erion Avram, CEO of Mane Development, when he says that “the needs of these companies for young and talented professionals in architecture and engineering are great and, just as great, are the opportunities for career development. The coordination with Polis University will prepare tomorrow’s architects and engineers for the demands of the labor market and will give them space for the realization of their professional projects”.
