As the peak season for the air conditioning business approaches, Neptun Albania, part of BALFIN Group, hosted an event to showcase its FUEGO and HOOBART air conditioning brands.
The event aimed to distinguish these products in a competitive market by emphasizing their energy efficiency, smart technology, and extended warranties. Elektro-Servis, another company within BALFIN Group, also participated in the event by sharing its expertise.
Neptun Albania brought together internal teams, key partners, and installers for a deep dive into the FUEGO and HOOBART air conditioners. The session highlighted the unique features of the products. The goal was to move beyond a price-focused mindset and showcase the long-term value, performance, and reliability that these brands offer to customers.
A live demonstration area allowed participants to interact directly with the products, testing their smart connectivity features and comparing the performance of FUEGO and HOOBART units to other brands in the market. This hands-on experience helped attendees better understand the advanced efficiency and capabilities that set these air conditioners apart.
The event also featured a strategic discussion on Neptun’s vision for the future, with a focus on expanding its market presence and reinforcing the value proposition of the FUEGO and HOOBART brands. Alexandros Kosenas, Chief Executive Officer of Neptun Albania, shared the company’s commitment to continuous product innovation, emphasizing Neptun’s goal to lead the market with high-performance, energy-efficient solutions. Following this, Julian Alvora, Chief Executive Officer of Elektro-Servis, highlighted the importance of after-sales support, stressing how streamlined installation processes and quick access to spare parts contribute to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Deputy CEO of Neptun Albania, Evis Tartale, delivered a key speech about the future direction of the FUEGO and HOOBART brands. She outlined Neptun’s plans for continued investment, including €50 million for expanding the FUEGO product range, particularly in air conditioners.
