Green Coast recently welcomed a group of investors and entrepreneurs from the Netherlands to a special three-day event that combined business with sport, giving participants a firsthand look at Albania’s real estate potential. Guests explored two of the country’s landmark coastal developments: Green Coast and Vlora Marina.
The CEO of Balfin Real Estate, Ledia Telhai emphasized that “In the real estate sector, Albania offers opportunities that few countries in the region can match,” noting that strong demand for coastal properties is driving a steady increase in value and positioning them as a secure, long-term investment. She also highlighted how Balfin’s developments combine high-quality construction, premium amenities, and lifestyle experiences, setting new standards for the Albanian Riviera.
