Earlier this September, the Jumbo Bosnia team came together for a memorable retreat that was all about connection, collaboration, and fun. Taking place on the beautiful Olympic mountain Bjelašnica, the retreat blended outdoor activities, laughter, and plenty of team spirit.
The two-day program was filled with exciting activities designed to strengthen teamwork and build trust. From teambuilding games on Bjelašnica to the adrenaline-filled zipline adventure, every activity gave colleagues the chance to challenge themselves and support one another. But the highlight for many was the rafting trip on the breathtaking Neretva River, where coordination, communication, and courage made the journey unforgettable.
In total, 21 colleagues joined the retreat, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Many appreciated the chance to step outside the office setting, connect on a personal level, and create lasting memories together. For some, it was even a chance to step out of their comfort zone, whether by paddling through rapids or daring the zipline.
More than just a fun getaway, the retreat had a deeper impact. It boosted overall team spirit, strengthened bonds between colleagues, and reflected the BALFIN Group’s core values of collaboration, growth, and people at the heart of everything we do.
