Looking back, what made you choose BALFIN Group, and when did you realize it was the right decision?
At the beginning, I was attracted by the stability and the opportunity to start and learn at Neptun Macedonia. But I truly realized it was the right decision when I saw that my effort was recognized and that I had the opportunity to move forward. The moment I was given new challenges and trust, I knew I was in the right place.
How has your journey here evolved over time?
My journey at Neptun Macedonia has been a gradual development. I started in sales, where I built a strong foundation in working with customers. Then I moved into lending and collections, where I gained greater responsibility and a more analytical approach. Working in different stores helped me become more flexible. In 2021, I took a step forward into headquarters as a loyalty and financing administrator, which gave me a broader view of the business. Today, I hold the position of Head of the Loyalty, Financing, and Services Management Department, a role that reflects my continuous growth within the company and allows me to lead teams, improve processes, and contribute to strategic development.
What does a typical day in your role look like?
No two days are the same, and that is what makes the job interesting. My day is filled with coordination, communication with different teams, and monitoring processes. Sometimes it requires quick responses, sometimes analysis, but it always demands dedication and good organization.
What part of your work excites or motivates you the most?
What motivates me the most is the feeling that my work has a real impact, when a process improves, when the team’s work becomes easier, or when customers have a better experience. Those small but meaningful results are my greatest motivation.
Can you share a moment or achievement that made you feel truly proud?
The moment I moved from working in a store to a position at headquarters was truly special for me, but the transition to my current leadership position makes me especially proud. It was proof that years of effort, dedication, and a desire for growth can lead to results. I felt proud, but also even more motivated.
What’s something about BALFIN Group that you think people from the outside might not expect?
I think that from the outside it is not always visible how dynamic the company is and how much is invested in development. There are constantly new initiatives and opportunities, which makes the working environment much more active than it may seem.
In your experience, what makes BALFIN a place where people can really grow?
The opportunity to prove yourself and advance. I am an example that if you show initiative and dedication, you can move through different positions and grow. That is not just theory it is a real opportunity.
What keeps you inspired to keep building your career here?
What inspires me is seeing room for further development and advancement. I want to continue learning, contribute more, and move toward a leadership position where I can make an impact and support others.
