Neptun’s Annual Conference 2025: Breaking the Limits and setting new horizons

For 15 years, Neptun, the largest chain of electronics stores in the region, has hosted its Annual Conference, an event that has evolved alongside the company’s remarkable growth. What began as a celebration of past achievements has transformed into a pivotal strategic platform, guiding Neptun’s future. This year’s theme, “Breaking the Limits,” was a perfect reflection of Neptun’s relentless drive to push beyond boundaries and set new standards of excellence.

The 2025 conference spotlighted key initiatives for continuing success, including strategies to reduce staff turnover, enhance career development, improve customer satisfaction, and manage costs.

In his opening speech, Neptun CEO Alexandros Kosenas reinforced the importance of collective effort in achieving these objectives. He emphasized, “Breaking the limits means not just overcoming challenges, but also improving every day, every step of the way. Our success is built on the commitment of each one of you. Together, we can achieve what seems impossible.”

Kosenas went on to share Neptun’s vision for 2025, focusing on accountability, growth, and innovation. A major focus for the company will be investing in key areas such as tourism and construction, as well as enhancing internal processes to meet customer expectations and expanding market reach. Kosenas highlighted that the company is committed to a culture of accountability, where every team member, from leadership to frontline staff, plays a role in driving progress.

The conference was also attended by Edlira Muka, CEO of BALFIN Group, lending her support to the event and further emphasizing the synergy between BALFIN and Neptun as they look ahead to an exciting future.

A key highlight of the conference was the recognition of Neptun’s outstanding employees. These individuals exemplified dedication, excellence, and commitment to the company’s mission. The awards were presented in several categories, celebrating the top performers in different departments:

This year’s conference also featured a truly inspiring guest: Luiza Gega, Albania’s national record- holder in running. Luiza’s journey of resilience and determination perfectly embodied the theme of “Breaking the Limits.” In her interview with host Suela Demiri, she shared her personal story of overcoming obstacles and defying expectations.

While Neptun’s headquarters provide the strategic direction for the company, most employees work in stores across Albania. For many, the Annual Conference is an opportunity to connect with the broader company vision and understand their role in achieving Neptun’s strategic objectives.

For Neptun, “Breaking the Limits” isn’t just a theme for the conference, it’s a way of life. As the company advances, the boundaries of today will become the horizons of tomorrow.
