After successfully opening its new and larger store in the heart of Pristina, Kosovo, at Central Park shopping center, Neptun has set a new sales record.
From the opening day on April 24 until April 27, Neptun welcomed 26,437 visitors.
In just four days, Neptun’s newest store in Kosovo has become a lively hotspot and a top destination for people looking for a wide variety of products, global brands, high-quality service, and the latest in technology.

For the Executive Director of Neptun in Kosovo, Feridjan Çiftja, the sales record of the newest store in Pristina is not just a number or a result to be filed away.
“It reflects the strong commitment of a passionate team that turns challenges into opportunities and limits into new paths. It’s the result of a clear strategy and vision for the goals we’ve set for ourselves, and above all, it confirms the inner drive that pushes us to go beyond today while planning for tomorrow,” said Çiftja.
Neptun’s newest store covers an area of over 2,000 m² and can be considered one of the most modern showrooms in the entire region. This space stands out for its aesthetics, innovation, and attention to enhancing the customer experience to a whole new level.
“The store reflects the balance between supply and demand. It is designed to simplify the shopping process, encouraging customers to have a fulfilling experience and increasing satisfaction,” says Çiftja about the new space.
Specifically, the store offers innovations for customers, such as different experience zones where visitors can cook with kitchen appliances or try out the latest technological products. It also features the “Click & Collect” service, which makes the online shopping process easier and provides customers with an additional alternative.
The Executive Director of Neptun in Kosovo says, “In fact, the real challenge isn’t about breaking records or numbers, but about the work pace, maintaining customer trust, strengthening the brand identity, and introducing new ideas.” He adds, “Being a leader is not only a privilege but also a responsibility, and as such, it pushes you to be innovative, careful, and attentive in every move.”
This new location brings the total number of Neptun stores in the region to 94 and increases the number of employees to around 1,500. Çiftja states that Neptun will continue with other strategic moves, which will not only focus on territorial expansion but also respond to customer demand to be present where the market doesn’t meet their technological needs.
He also doesn’t hesitate to briefly list some of the goals for 2025, such as: continuous sales growth, opening new stores, cost optimization, standardizing internal processes, incorporating and using digital systems, providing the same experience at every service level (offline and online), growing the customer database, and promoting initiatives that support the community.
Neptun continues to be a leading company in electronics sales and an important economic player in countries like Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. As part of BALFIN Group, Neptun follows its strategy of innovation, expansion, and continuous improvement of customer experience across the region.
Feridjan Çiftja joined the Neptun Kosovo team in February 2015 as the Head of the Product Management Team. He was promoted to the position of Chief Operational Officer in less than seven months. Thanks to his professional qualities, Feridjan was promoted to Deputy CEO in January 2019, a key role in leading the company. In September 2023, Feridjan took full leadership of the company as the Executive Director.
