Start with BALFIN: A Glimpse into the future

Curiosity, ambition, and lots of great questions, this was the spirit of “Start with BALFIN”, the initiative that welcomed employees’ children into our companies for a real-life glimpse into the professional world.

Across BALFIN Group, young participants explored departments such as Management, HR, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Technical Teams, spending time alongside our professionals and discovering what a typical workday looks like.

At BALFIN Construction, two participants interested in Architecture experienced both the operational and technical side of the business through dedicated meetings and team interactions. At Elektro-Servis, Majna Ceka joined the Finance and Customer Service teams, learning more about daily processes and the company’s operations.

Meanwhile, Jumbo Kosovo welcomed seven participants across different departments, including Management, HR, Finance, and IT.

“Start with BALFIN” was more than just a visit, it was an opportunity to inspire the next generation, encourage curiosity, and help young people imagine their future careers. And honestly… we may have just met some future BALFIN professionals along the way.
