The summer season of 2025 marked a new chapter of success for Green Coast, a premier coastal tourism destination in Albania. Visitor numbers grew by 25% compared to 2024, over 100 services were active across the resort, and guest satisfaction reached outstanding levels, with 90% of visitors giving a maximum rating of 5 for cleanliness and another 5% rating 4, highlighting the resort’s high standards.
Behind these achievements is the dedicated team of Balfin Asset Management, whose leadership, coordination, and operational precision shaped a season defined by excellence.

Throughout the season, Balfin Asset Management coordinated the smooth running of over 300 daily operations, ensuring that every moment at Green Coast from maintenance and logistics to customer service and sustainability was seamless. The team led the integration of 32 new commercial and lifestyle units, bringing together wellness, family entertainment, fine dining, and hospitality services that enriched the resort experience, reinforcing Green Coast as a premium coastal hospitality project.
This includes improving mobility with electric vehicles, promoting recycling, reducing plastic use, treating wastewater for reuse in irrigation, and advancing the automation of key operational processes. Beyond daily management, Balfin Asset Management worked closely with commercial partners, local operators, and the Balfin Group Marketing Department to extend the tourist season, develop water-based activities, and curate cultural and festive programs. These efforts strengthened Green Coast’s visibility, attracting returning guests and new visitors from across the region.
The season also delivered outstanding financial results, with revenues exceeding the budget by over 20% and net operating income surpassing 165%.
The team also focused on sustainability and effortless enjoyment for guests. By maintaining Blue Flag certification and ensuring that every service meets modern, eco-conscious standards, the team has turned Green Coast into a benchmark Mediterranean destination.
Thanks to the strategic vision and collaboration of Balfin Asset Management, Green Coast today functions as a fully integrated ecosystem where residents and seasonal visitors enjoy comfort, safety, and a rich lifestyle throughout the season.
