Following its construction in 2022, the company operates West Park, Albania’s premier retail park in Korça, housing a diverse array of large-format retailers such as supermarkets, home interior, toys, fashion, and electronics stores. Job Summary:

 

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting real estate/retail park projects, coordinating project activities and outcomes, managing timelines, and overseeing all aspects of pre-development and construction projects. To fulfill these responsibilities, the Project Coordinator must demonstrate initiative and perform managerial, organizational, supervisory, and coordination duties. He/she will prepare proposals for decision-making, coordinates the documentation process from project acquisition, project deviation checks, project submissions, and obtaining construction permit approvals from construction and handover to the investor.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Supports project feasibility, planning, and permitting processes.
  • Track and coordinate project documentation, timelines, approvals, and institutional relations as needed.
  • Follow up on contractual obligations of designers, developers, tenants or other third parties.
  • Coordinate with design studios (such as architecture, infrastructure, engineering projects etc.) and ensure accurate project documentation for permits.
  • Monitor projects progress, update business plans, and ensure quality standards.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and project schedules to ensure alignment with the project’s business plan and timeline.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure proper documentation and implementation at all stages.
  • Collaborate with group companies on project-acquired assets for development or lease.
  • Manage invoice follow-up until payment settlement and maintain written correspondence and records.
  • Archive technical project documentation and assist with tasks related to new and existing Retail Park properties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

 

Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering

 

 

Other Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong managerial, organizational, planning, design, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and explain projects, official institutional communications, contracts, procedures, and technical manuals.
  • Ability to manage various projects and contracts involved in construction projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Very good knowledge of computer programs (CAD, Photoshop, EXCEL, MS-PROJECT, etc.).
