Job position: Store Manager

Department: Operational
Location: Durres
Role: To ensure through the management of direct costs positive profitability of the store. Responsible for store maintenance, cash, purchases, customer service, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– To keep the direct costs of the store under control;

– Supervise the ordering process;

– Management of stock level and making important decisions for stock control.

– To manage the placement of products on the shelves through the FIFO system;

– To respect the planograms set by the relevant Departments;

– Presentation of promotional activities on time and under the most optimal conditions;

– Responsibility for cash and its transaction in the bank;

– Motivate, support and train store staff by providing technical security of goods and people;

– To welcome concerns, suggestions and complaints of customers and forward them depending on the problem to the relevant departments;

– To ensure the best sales conditions for fresh departments;

– Checks the compliance and application of the defined standards of hygiene in the store;

– Collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify and/or resolve urgent issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Education:
University degree .
– Work Experience:
3 years of work in a retail store.

– Additional qualifications:

– To have computer skills of the Microsoft Office package;

– To have participated in trainings related to management, sales, etc.

– Additional skills:

– Ability to work in a team;

– Ability to lead, make decisions and plan;

– Ability to communicate with partners and clients;

– Ability to provide the client with an efficient service in any situation.
