2024: A Year of growth and opportunity

30 interns transitioned into full-time roles, reflecting our commitment to nurturing young talent.
7 out of 10 top leadership roles are now held by women, a milestone in our journey toward equality and inclusion.
21 hours of training per employee, on average, ensured that everyone had the tools to grow and excel.
We invested €73 million in HR, reflecting our belief that investing in people is the most powerful growth strategy.
We paid €17 million in social and health contributions, strengthening the communities where we live and work.
